By accessing or using the services of Early Strategic Advisors LLC ("Company," "we," "us" or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services Offered

Early Strategic Advisors LLC provides business services, including through each of the following:

  • On-demand advisory consultations and calls

  • Live custom advisory presentations

  • Dedicated fractional officer support

For the avoidance of doubt, all services are provided through us except that any and all fractional Legal Officer support services are and shall be provided to you exclusive through one of our partner law firms. Early Strategic Advisors LLC does not and will not provide legal advice.

Purchase Currency

All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).

Payment Terms

All services must be prepaid at the time of booking through our website. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. You are responsible for applicable taxes and fees which are charged at time of payment. We do not directly collect or store your full credit card information.

Certain services offered by Early Strategic Advisors, including Advisory Sessions and Fractional Officer Plans, are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions begin on the date of purchase and renew automatically each month until canceled by the client.

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the following month, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

All services are delivered based on monthly hourly allocations, as described at the time of purchase. Hours do not roll over from month to month. Add-ons and expanded scope requests are not included in the standard subscription and may require a separate agreement or engagement.

Fulfillment Policy

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email and scheduling access for your selected service. Services are fulfilled through scheduled virtual meetings.

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • You may cancel or reschedule a booked service up to [1 hour] prior to the scheduled time via the scheduling platform.

  • For urgent or important matters requiring faster scheduling, contact us using the information provided below.

No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

  • One-time purchases must be used by the end of the calendar year in which they are purchased.

  • Subscription call services require a two-month minimum commitment and must be used within each applicable subscription period of they are forfeited.

Services that are unused during the applicable use period stated herein shall be and are forfeited without refund.

Not Legal Advice

Services related to legal matters, including establishing a legal department and advising on the navigation of legal issues, are strictly advisory and strategic in nature. Early Strategic Advisors LLC does not provide legal advice. If legal advice is required, and upon mutual express agreement, you and the qualified advisor will enter into a separate written engagement regarding the nature and scope of such legal advice through one of Early Strategic Advisors LLC’s partner law firms.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that Early Strategic Advisors LLC is not a law firm and does not offer legal advice and no services it provides shall be construed or be deemed legal advice.

Security Capabilities and Payment Card Protection

All payments are transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption and processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store or process payment card details directly.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Early Strategic Advisors LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Indiana, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

By using our services, you agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
